Kayley’s 12 days of Christmas is a spread a smile initiative that is all about contribution and finding small ways to spread kindness during the festive season.
Together Kayley and I thought of nice things to do for people in the lead up to Christmas and so the 12 days of Christmas was born. We hope you will enjoy reading about our adventure in the blog posts!
We’d love it if you joined us in giving and find your own ways to spread a smile and some kindness, or copy ours but spread that smile! We’d also love to feature some of your stories in the spread a smile section of our website so please send us your stories too and we’ll feature them on our website. Visit the spread a smile page for more information.
On the 3rd day of Christmas, we took a delicious treat to the paramedics team to say a very big thank you for all of the amazing work that they do day in and day out and especially over the last period during the Coronavirus pandemic. They have our deepest respect and gratitude. And wow, what wonderful people they were.
Kayley got a tour of the ambulances and was allowed to go inside one of them. She learned all about what you can find in an ambulance and we also learned that an ambulance drives over 400,000km over their five year lifespan!
To top it all off, Kayley was given first choice of the donuts that she brought for them, which just goes to show what incredibly special people they all are.
The world needs more people like these special heroes. Thank you.
